Welcome to UVV tennis. We are a small and cozy tennis club aimed at providing great courts, lessons and a fun environment to play tennis. For this we are lucky to have our tiny unit where we can offer drinks, including alcoholic beverages for our members. Everything is self-service, members of UVV can select, pay and make use of the beverages offered on their own.
However, this does mean we rely on the members to keep the unit tidy and to ensure other members can also make use of the same services. This instruction helps you to understand some rules and agreements we hope you can follow.
Instructions:
- There is a separate instruction sheet in the unit that explains how to use the pay terminal. Pro-tip, you can put some money on your KNLTB card and pay with this card for a 10% discount.
- There are alcoholic beverages served. If you are leaving the unit last make sure that all fridges are locked and the keys are in there expected place:
- All keys should be in the grey box next to the big fridge.
- The key with the white collar should be stored in the closet behind the TV screen, which you can open using the key named "bezemkast". This key is used to unlock the fridge with alcoholic beverages and needs to be more out of reach for children.
- The key named "voorraadkast" can be used to find additional beverage supplies. It opens the fourth door, just after the mens bathroom
- When cleaning up make sure the empty bottles are sorted properly:
- Normal beers go in the normal beer cases
- Beers with long necks like Leffe and Leffe 0.0 go into the yellow/brown Leffe cases
- Cola and Fuze tea go into Coca-Cola cases
- Ice tea and other smaller bottles go into the blue cases
- If something is missing or there is some issue reach out to the horeca-commissie. This is a group of volunteers who help make sure the beverages are restocked and empty glass cases are delivered back upstairs. You can reach-out directly by joining below WhatsApp group.
- The bottle opener standard place is on the right of the terminal
- Please check and make use of the dishwasher when required.
Horeca-commissie:
This commission helps on an on-call basis to keep the unit stocked and supplied. This means in practice that once every 2/3 weeks this group of amazing volunteers help restock the fridge and voorraadkast, and ensure any empty cases are delivered upstairs for recycling. If you are interested in helping out please reach out via the WhatsApp group:
